Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ZylNote you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of ZylNote, including the web app and the WhatsApp integration.

ZylNote provides a note-taking platform accessible via a web application and a WhatsApp bot. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must provide accurate information when registering. One WhatsApp number may be linked to one account at a time.

You own everything you write in ZylNote. By storing content in the service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your notes.

You must not use ZylNote to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this without notice.

The free plan is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

You may not use ZylNote to send spam, abuse the WhatsApp bot in ways that violate Meta's platform policies, scrape the service, attempt to access other users' data, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You can export your notes before termination.

ZylNote is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
